Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.

Returns - EU Customers

By law we allow a 14 day right of withdrawal starting from date of final item received. Customer will be responsible for return shipping and there will be a 20% restocking fee as all items are handmade.

Problems/Defects
If there is a problem with the item please let us know and we will send you a replacement item. Unfortunately due to the handmade nature the replacement item will not look exactly the same as the first one received.
