How are the products made?

All products are handmade and made to order so they may not match the photos exactly but each one will be unique.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

The rates to Japan are 370 yen (~3.70USD).

 International shipping is 1000 yen (~8USD) for regular with tracking and EMS is 3900 yen (~30USD).

How long will my order take to ship?

Your order will ship within 1-7 business days days depending on my current workload.

How long will I take to receive my items?

Unfortunately I can't provide an exact timeline given the different countries and things that could effect the travel time but most items reach their destination within 1-3 weeks after being shipped. That said I have seen some items take 2+ months to reach their destination.

Please keep an eye on the tracking and call your local post office with your tracking number once it reaches your country if you don't receive it.

*Returned Unclaimed Items.

If I receive your order back as unclaimed you will be responsible for paying shipping to have it resent to you. If you would prefer a refund there will be a 20% fee to cover my time, thanks for understanding.

Do you collect import taxes?

You will be responsible for any customs charges. I only charge for the shipping cost. Thanks for understanding.

When will I get a tracking number?

Once the items ship we will send an email with the tracking number.
